Executive Search Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior-level roles, acting as a strategic talent advisor to clients.
• Create and present effective search strategies, conducting industry research and mapping executive talent.
• Engage high-level candidates to generate interest, obtain referrals, and gather market intelligence.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit, providing detailed written assessments.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior search professionals and contribute to broader team initiatives.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects while ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of executive search experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence both clients and senior candidates.
• Experience working within a scalable organization in corporate or go-to-market functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate BA/BS degree.
• Experience within the financial services industry.
• Expertise in candidate targeting, pitch development, and market research.
• Ability to run complex searches independently and manage multiple projects across teams.
• Skill in identifying market trends and synthesizing complex information.
