Executive Search Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior roles, acting as a strategic talent advisor to clients
• Create and present effective search strategies and conduct industry/company research
• Map executive talent and share market insights to identify high-potential candidates
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, fit, and market intelligence
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the entire search lifecycle
• Prepare and present candidate assessments and status reports to key stakeholders
• Mentor and develop junior search professionals and contribute to team initiatives
• Lead multiple concurrent projects while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all deliverables

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of executive search experience
• Demonstrated expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence both clients and candidates
• Experience working within a scalable organization in corporate or go-to-market functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate BA/BS degree
• Experience in financial services
• Expertise in candidate targeting, pitch development, and market research
• Ability to run complex searches independently and manage multiple projects across teams
• Skill in identifying market trends and synthesizing complex information
• Experience mentoring others and building relationships with diverse stakeholders
