Executive Search Researcher

Responsibilities

• Execute senior leadership searches (CEO, C-suite, Board) across ARCHIMED portfolio companies
• Contribute to search strategy, talent mapping and candidate identification across global healthcare sectors
• Work closely with investment teams on key hiring decisions
• Conduct structured interviews and in-depth assessments of senior executives
• Evaluate leadership capabilities, track record and cultural fit
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-caliber candidates
• Develop deep knowledge of healthcare subsectors including MedTech, Pharma Services, and Biopharma
• Map talent ecosystems and track leadership movements across key markets
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a high-quality candidate experience

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in executive search
• Exposure to senior mandates such as C-suite or leadership roles
• Strong interest in healthcare and/or private equity environments
• Ability to assess senior profiles beyond CVs
• Strong analytical and structured thinking
• High level of rigor, curiosity and attention to detail
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
• Fluent in French and English
