About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct international talent mapping for team mandates
- Identify, approach, and qualify executive profiles (CEO, C-level, Board)
- Build and structure candidate pipelines for each mission
- Conduct initial qualification interviews with senior profiles
- Contribute to the evaluation of candidate track records and potential
- Develop and maintain an international network of executives
- Develop expertise in healthcare sub-sectors (MedTech, Pharma Services, Biopharma, etc.)
- Map talent ecosystems and track executive movements
- Produce talent analyses to inform recruitment decisions
- Support consultants in end-to-end process execution
- Ensure quality and rigor of candidate deliverables
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in executive search or headhunting
- Experience with high-level recruitment (Management Committees, General Management)
- Strong international exposure and ability to recruit across different cultures
- Strong interest in the healthcare sector and/or private equity
- Ability to evaluate profiles beyond the CV (impact, leadership, trajectory)
- Analytical, structured, and rigorous mindset
- Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
- Comfort interacting with senior stakeholders
- Fluency in French and English
