Responsibilities

• Take ownership of retained and contingent search mandates focused on the global hedge fund and quant technology markets
• Manage the full search lifecycle including headhunting, candidate assessment, and closing
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
• Run structured, retained search processes for elite funds
• Identify and secure world-class quant and technology talent

Requirements

• Executive search or retained search experience
• Proven track record of managing full search mandates end-to-end
• Consistent history of billings and client retention
• Experience in headhunting, market mapping, and closing senior talent
• Ability to build strong, consultative client relationships
• Experience in Finance, Medical, Legal, HR, Compliance, or Professional services
• US market experience is a plus
