Executive, Retail Performance & Excellence

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail leadership team in developing strategic plans and setting measurable KPIs across Greater China markets to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Act as the primary owner for retail analytics, reporting, and data integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all markets.
• Develop and optimize reporting dashboards to visualize retail KPIs, market trends, and customer behavior.
• Monitor store-level performance to identify operational inefficiencies and deliver actionable improvement plans.
• Analyze the effectiveness of in-store events, promotions, and pop-up activities through ROI and conversion metrics.
• Coordinate retail operation execution for CRM and clienteling projects to optimize member lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams to provide accurate commission calculations and incentive verification.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, and Merchandising to align business objectives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in retail sales and operations, retail excellence, CRM support, or retail analytics.
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and PowerPoint for strategic storytelling.
• Proven ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Experience working within the retail environments of Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM, clienteling, or Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Familiarity with AI retail tools and digital automation applications.
• Experience in performance management or retail strategic planning.
