Executive Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced search strategies including market mapping, deep networking, and executive platforms to engage passive talent
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical leadership positions
• Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders to ensure alignment
• Provide strategic guidance and partnership to executive leadership
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research regarding talent pools and compensation trends
• Lead regular client update meetings on active executive searches

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting experience with an executive focus
• 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership
• Proven track record of strong stakeholder management
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both retained executive search firms and in-house corporate recruiting
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Breezy, Gem, and LinkedIn search
• Industry-specific experience in crypto, blockchain, or fintech
