About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive, leadership, and professional-level positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and position requirements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates
  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified executive and leadership talent
  • Present qualified candidates and provide detailed candidate evaluations
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process
  • Manage offer negotiations and assist with onboarding transitions
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client information within applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
  • Build relationships with industry professionals, referral sources, and networking groups
  • Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation data, and industry developments
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates and hiring managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or executive search experience
  • Experience recruiting leadership, management, director, vice president, or executive-level talent
  • Strong sourcing and networking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
