About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive, leadership, and professional-level positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and position requirements
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified executive and leadership talent
- Present qualified candidates and provide detailed candidate evaluations
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process
- Manage offer negotiations and assist with onboarding transitions
- Maintain accurate candidate and client information within applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
- Build relationships with industry professionals, referral sources, and networking groups
- Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation data, and industry developments
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates and hiring managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or executive search experience
- Experience recruiting leadership, management, director, vice president, or executive-level talent
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
