NewLimit is a biotechnology company working to radically extend human healthspan. We’re developing medicines to treat age-related diseases by reprogramming the epigenome, a new therapeutic mechanism to restore regenerative potential in aged and diseased cells.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the executive team and senior leadership to scope executive-level positions and develop hiring strategies
- Source and recruit executive talent across technical, operational, and commercial domains
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for all executive hires, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Develop relationships with top-tier talent in computational biology, machine learning, and functional genomics
- Execute sourcing, scheduling, and closing to deliver high-impact hires
- Contribute to scaling recruiting processes and strategies to support accelerating hiring needs
Requirements
- Multi-year experience recruiting at the executive level (VP+, C-suite) in biotechnology or technology companies
- Proven success sourcing and closing rare, highly specialized talent from narrow pools
- Experience executing end-to-end recruiting cycles for executive roles
- Strategic partnership skills to collaborate with C-suite and senior leaders
- Excellent communication skills to articulate company vision to senior executives
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or greater in natural sciences or engineering
- Experience recruiting within computational biology, machine learning, cell & molecular biology, functional genomics, or immunology
- Background working with early-to-growth-stage companies navigating rapid scaling
- Experience building or improving recruiting function strategy and processes
