Executive Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for C-level and senior corporate positions globally
• Develop and execute advanced, tailored sourcing strategies to attract top-tier executive talent
• Partner closely with senior leadership to define roles and provide market-driven hiring insights
• Conduct rigorous, in-depth interviews to evaluate leadership experience and cultural alignment
• Manage the complete offer lifecycle, including complex term negotiations and high-touch onboarding
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote BrainRocket’s culture and vision to elite industry networks

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in high-level executive recruitment (Agency or In-house)
• Proven track record of successfully closing senior and executive-level positions
• Ability to manage 5+ open C-level roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Native-level English fluency; proficiency in Spanish or French is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Valencia, Spain (relocation package provided)
