Executive Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced executive search strategies to attract top-tier C-level and senior corporate talent
• Partner with global senior leadership to define roles and provide market-driven hiring insights
• Build a high-caliber professional network through direct search, industry partnerships, and social media
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate technical skills, leadership experience, and cultural fit
• Manage the full offer process, including complex term negotiations and onboarding coordination
• Promote BrainRocket’s employer brand and values to elite industry networks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-level executive recruitment (Agency or In-house)
• Proven track record of successfully closing senior-level positions
• Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment managing multiple C-level roles
• Expert proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Native-level English proficiency; fluency in Spanish or French is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
