Executive Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle executive and leadership searches from intake through accepted offer
• Partner with senior leaders to define role requirements, success profiles, and search strategies
• Build executive market maps and engage exceptional passive talent
• Assess candidates for leadership capability, functional expertise, and organizational fit
• Advise executives on talent market trends and compensation positioning
• Drive alignment across hiring teams through structured candidate calibration
• Develop executive talent pipelines across priority business functions
• Improve executive recruiting processes and assessment frameworks
• Manage retained search firms and external recruiting partners

Requirements

• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end executive searches for Director, VP, SVP, and C-level leaders
• Experience in high-growth, founder-led, technology, digital media, or consumer products organizations
• Proven ability to partner directly with founders and C-suite executives
• Expertise in market mapping, executive sourcing, and offer negotiation
• Ability to manage multiple confidential executive searches simultaneously
• Experience managing retained executive search firms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across the creator economy or digital media
• Experience building executive recruiting capabilities within a rapidly scaling organization
• Strong understanding of executive compensation structures and organizational design
