About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct threat and risk assessments to develop mitigation strategies
- Perform advance planning, including reconnaissance and secure travel route planning
- Provide physical security presence and close protection during travel and events
- Execute crisis management during medical incidents or security breaches
- Arrange and provide secure transportation including defensive and evasive driving
- Coordinate with law enforcement and local authorities
- Perform surveillance detection and counter-surveillance
Requirements
- 3+ years of certified law enforcement experience OR
- 5+ years of executive protection experience for high-net-worth clients OR
- 5+ years of Special Operations (SOF) military experience
- Ability to pass a physical readiness test (pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, 800m run)
- Ability to swim
- Must be drug and nicotine free
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to obtain state firearm and security licensing
Preferred Qualifications
- HR-218 (LEOSA) or CA CCW eligibility
- Experience as an FBI Special Agent or US Secret Service Uniformed Division
- Experience in Residential, Corporate, Technology, or Military/Law Enforcement PSD environments
- CIA Global Response Staff (GRS) experience
