Executive Protection Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor property while utilizing GDBA Command Center tools and technology
• Screen visitors and vendors; control all access to protected sites
• Coordinate and execute security plans and respond to medical emergencies
• Provide physical protection and logistical support at client homes and during travel
• Provide secure transportation and conduct advance site surveys prior to client arrival
• Prepare detailed documentation of suspicious activity
• Create and maintain readiness to meet any threat

Requirements

• Complete 12-day Introductory Training Academy in San Antonio, TX
• Pass physical readiness test: pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, and 800m run
• Able to swim
• Drug and nicotine free
• Pass background check
• Obtain appropriate state firearm and security licensing

Benefits

• First-year base earnings no less than $90,000; up to $110,000 with experience and performance
• $2,000 sign-on bonus for newly hired Bay Area Protectors
• 401k with $15,000 employer contribution for First-Year Associates
• $3,000 employer contribution each year thereafter
• 10% no-limit matching for Associates who contribute to their retirement plan
