Executive Protection Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor property and GDBA Command Center operations
• Screen visitors and vendors; control access to protected sites
• Coordinate and execute security plans and respond to medical emergencies
• Provide physical protection and logistical support at client residences and during travel
• Provide secure transportation and advance survey of locations prior to client arrival
• Document suspicious activity and maintain readiness to meet threats

Requirements

• Complete 12-day Introductory Training Academy in San Antonio, TX
• Pass physical readiness test: pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, and 800m run
• Must be able to swim
• Must be drug and nicotine free
• Pass background check and obtain state firearm and security licensing
• Strong communication skills, physical fitness, and team orientation

• First-year base earnings no less than $79,000; up to $94,000 accounting for experience and performance
• Best-in-class 401k: $15,000 employer contribution for first-year associates; $3,000 annually thereafter
