Executive Protection Field Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct threat and risk assessments to develop mitigation strategies
• Perform advance planning, including reconnaissance and secure travel route planning
• Provide close protection and physical security presence for clients
• Manage crises, including medical incidents and security breaches
• Arrange and provide secure transportation and defensive driving
• Coordinate with law enforcement and local authorities
• Perform surveillance detection and counter-surveillance
• Monitor residential properties through command center technology and access control

Requirements

• 10+ years in certified law enforcement or 10+ years in executive protection
• Or 10+ years of Special Operations (SOF) military experience
• Ability to pass a physical readiness test (pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, 800m run)
• Ability to swim
• Must be drug and nicotine free
• Ability to obtain state firearm and security licensing
• Successful background check

Preferred Qualifications

• HR-218 (LEOSA) or CA CCW eligibility
• Experience in Residential, Corporate, Technology, or Military/Law Enforcement PSD environments
• Experience such as CIA Global Response Staff (GRS)
