Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end consortium engagement strategy to shape the future of trust in AI
• Curate and execute a world-class member experience from onboarding to ambassador status
• Run the session program, including quarterly standard sessions, working groups, and CISO roundtables
• Distill member perspectives to shape company standards and content
• Productize operations and support content development
• Build quantitative metrics to track community health, engagement, and contribution quality

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with senior stakeholders and executives
• Strong analytical and operational instincts regarding operating models and KPIs
• Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills
• High agency and ability to operate without a playbook
• Excitement about AI security and industry standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience curating C-suite member experiences (e.g., Head of Ecosystem or executive programs)
• Background in Chief of Staff, platform operations, or investor relations at a VC/PE firm
