Executive Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct and integrate multiple major project operations to support airport mission and strategic plans
• Develop and establish policies, strategies, and operating objectives for major projects
• Oversee the development and implementation of project objectives and long-range plans
• Manage a large, diverse team of professional, technical, and support staff
• Serve as principal liaison with senior airport officials on strategic capital development matters
• Develop and manage complex, multi-faceted project budgets and perform cost/schedule analyses
• Collaborate with airport leadership to establish programmatic goals for capital improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in the Airport/Aviation field
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Expertise in re-engineering operations and formulating policy
• Strong financial planning and management skills
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering license
• Architect's license
