Executive Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through all stages of game development, from early concept and prototyping to launch and live operations
• Create organizational structures, processes, and project plans to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget
• Partner with creative and technical leaders to guide team motivation and cultivate a positive work culture
• Define and implement production best practices and organizational standards
• Act as a player advocate to ensure product quality and core experience excellence
• Identify potential development hazards and coordinate post-mortems to foster continuous improvement
• Communicate game vision and progress effectively to the broader organization

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams through all stages of development
• At least 2 games shipped in a leadership role such as Executive Producer, Development Director, or Game Director
• Strong understanding of successful game titles, foundational mechanics, and live-service models
• Extensive knowledge of the full game development lifecycle from concept through live operations
• Proficiency with project management tools, such as Jira
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving
