Executive Producer

Responsibilities

• Set the creative, editorial, operational, and commercial vision for Good Morning Texas across broadcast, streaming, digital, social, and live experiences
• Own editorial direction, daily execution, and long-term content strategy
• Ensure a seamless blend of paid and organic content to balance editorial integrity with advertiser needs
• Oversee the daily performance of the production team, including producers, on-air talent, and photographers
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify new business development and sponsorship opportunities
• Manage guest booking strategies and build networks with PR representatives, community partners, and influencers
• Maintain overall quality control for all segments and multi-platform content

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience producing broadcast news or lifestyle shows
• Proven experience working in a live control room environment
• Proficiency with Cuez or similar newsroom/show production software
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain flexible around live shows, client shoots, and breaking news priorities
