Executive Producer

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of timelines and budgets for large-scale conferences and complex experiential events
• Manage entire mega-conferences or portfolios of large-scale events throughout the year
• Act as a strategic partner and advocate for senior-level client stakeholders
• Provide input on event staffing and manage strategic relationships with Tier-1 vendors and convention centers
• Monitor profitability and manage multi-million dollar budgets
• Guide and mentor large event teams and workstream leads
• Contribute to the education and development of teams across the practice

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience in event production, live production, integrated production, or project management
• Proven track record managing event budgets of $5M+
• Experience leading major conferences or summits with 5,000+ attendees
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office software
• Ability to travel approximately 25%
• Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Marketing, Advertising, Event Management, Business, or Hospitality
• Global conference or international pavilion experience
• Experience working with Fortune 500 tech brands
• Experience with ERP, Project Management software, or large-scale event management tools
