Executive Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead the full production cycle of HSR including planning, recording, post-production, and publishing
• Own the editorial strategy, point of view, and guest selection
• Manage the production engine to deliver high-quality longform, social, and written assets
• Drive growth through deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, packaging, and retention data
• Oversee execution of brand partnerships and commercial integrations
• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing production team

Requirements

• Proven track record producing and scaling premium content or media brands
• Deep understanding of YouTube as a growth platform (packaging, titling, thumbnails, retention)
• Strong editorial judgment and cultural awareness regarding pop culture and business
• Experience working with high-profile talent
• Ability to deliver complex production on time and on budget
• Entrepreneurial, founder mindset with high ownership
