Executive Producer

Responsibilities

• Run client production meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for budget, scope, and project status
• Define and manage project deliverables in tandem with Technical and Creative Leads
• Develop robust project budgets and production schedules to ensure fiscal health
• Oversee project teams, facilitate communication, and resolve disputes
• Write Scopes of Work (SOWs), incremental proposals, and change orders
• Source and manage external vendors and freelancers
• Track team hours and project costs to ensure alignment with budgets

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience producing tangible, interactive experiences, exhibits, or spaces
• Proven experience in event production, budget management, and logistics
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to translate ambiguity into concrete project plans
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain composure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing tech-based live events
• Existing freelance and vendor relationships
