Responsibilities
- Lead the Production team and oversee projects across the local studio
- Mentor the local production team and manage day-to-day production work
- Act as the point of knowledge for pre-production, production, and post-production phases
- Manage client relationships for day-to-day project work and new business development
- Create scalable production solutions with quality partners
- Set and negotiate legal terms and project safety conditions
- Manage budgets from initial quotation to final approved budget
- Build bridges between content and technology
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in interactive content production (campaigns, brand films, photography, etc.)
- Experience running content production programs exceeding 5M
- Strong understanding of business OKRs, forecasting models, and financial accounting principles
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and empower team members
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate across Creative, Design, Content, Delivery, and Account teams
