Executive Presentations Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of Board materials, investor presentations, and executive strategic communications.
• Develop airtight business cases and strategic narratives by interrogating assumptions and pressure-testing logic.
• Design presentations for high-stakes scrutiny, ensuring every slide can withstand cross-examination from Board members and PE sponsors.
• Lead the visual and narrative architecture of presentations, defining the story spine and establishing visual logic.
• Manage stakeholder feedback cycles by synthesizing input from multiple executives and driving toward decision-making.
• Establish presentation standards, playbooks, and templates to mentor other leaders on executive communication.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience in high-stakes, scrutiny-driven environments.
• Proven experience in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment banking, Big Four deal advisory, or an internal executive communications function.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote.
• Advanced Excel charting skills to create clear, decision-driving infographics.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder psychology and the ability to anticipate C-suite or investor objections.
• Ability to operate under pressure, managing ambiguity and tight turnarounds without compromising quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Background in VC/PE investor relations with demonstrated board-level narrative experience.
