Executive Presentation & Visual Storytelling Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality, end-to-end executive presentations for internal leadership meetings and strategy sessions.
• Transform complex business topics and strategic documents into clear, structured, and compelling visual narratives.
• Define storylines, craft strong headlines, and ensure logical content flow to guide leadership decision-making.
• Maintain high standards of visual excellence, including advanced slide design, typography, layout, and multimedia integration.
• Refine and manage presentation templates, visual systems, and libraries to ensure brand consistency.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Global Media Services leadership team, iterating on materials based on feedback under tight timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in presentation design, visual communication, or consulting.
• University degree in media design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Advanced expertise in PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visual design skills, including mastery of layout, grids, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong structural thinking and a high level of attention to detail.
