Executive, Post Market Surveillance

Responsibilities

• Manage and process complaints and Medical Device Reports (MDRs) across multiple product lines
• Open complaint records and collect all necessary information for investigation
• Perform written and verbal follow-ups with customers regarding complaint details
• Determine the reportability of complaints and create necessary regulatory reports per regulations
• Evaluate complaints to determine the need for investigation and coordinate sample retrieval
• Ensure the timely closure of complaints in accordance with established procedures
• Manage workflow by identifying, triaging, and escalating internal and external communications
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and assigned quality projects

Requirements

• Proven experience in complaint handling and MDR processing
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements
• Ability to perform effective customer follow-up and communication
• Experience with workflow triage and managing complex documentation
• Ability to coordinate sample retrieval and investigation processes
