Executive – Planning Execution

Responsibilities

• Assist the Planning Manager in executing production plans within given constraints
• Coordinate with plants to ensure daily plan delivery and with purchase to ensure material availability
• Perform plan corrections based on demand, plant constraints, and supply constraints
• Generate RM & PM demand and upload to system for the Purchase team
• Monitor production at Stream, Product, and Pack levels
• Generate and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
• Interface with purchase and plant teams to resolve supply and production issues
• Check plan feasibility based on capacity constraints including manpower and resources
• Manage priority SKUs and facilitate delivery of non-inventoried items and direct sales orders
• Align dynamic production scheduling with demand to bridge supply chain and manufacturing

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 6 months to 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in SAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong coordination and teamwork abilities
