About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the team of training chefs to ensure the pedagogical direction of the ENSP
- Contribute to pedagogical innovation and the evolution of pastry practices
- Supervise and support training chefs and guest instructors while ensuring strict adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Design, evolve, and validate training programs for professional, expert, and international students
- Ensure the excellence of technical content, products, recipes, and methods
- Represent the ENSP during events, partnerships, demonstrations, and special projects
Requirements
- Confirmed pastry chef expertise with recognized technical mastery
- Significant experience in prestige houses, luxury hospitality, or high-end institutions
- Strong pedagogical and leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor teams
- Acute sense of excellence, precision, and attention to detail
- Ability to carry a vision and represent an exceptional brand
