Executive Operations Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead executive scheduling for the Executive Leadership Team, driving prioritization and conflict resolution
• Manage executive inboxes, including triage, drafting responses, and flagging urgent items
• Support executive correspondence for investor relations, media, and corporate affairs
• Track meeting action items and follow-ups to ensure execution
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel and prepare briefing materials
• Support headquarters logistics, including meeting room scheduling and catering
• Assist with headquarters evolution, facilities improvements, and internal process refinement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting founders or senior executives in a tech startup or high-demand environment
• Experience managing complex executive scheduling and prioritization
• Experience planning and executing complex domestic and international travel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence
• Experience handling sensitive information and high-stakes interactions
• Experience supporting external engagement workflows (investor, media, or stakeholder coordination)
• Ability to maintain high responsiveness outside standard business hours

• Strong operational instincts and ability to anticipate needs
• Comfort coordinating across senior internal and high-profile external stakeholders
• Interest in using generative AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
