Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and special projects
• Establish operating rhythms and align teams across product, growth, marketing, and operations
• Remove blockers and keep top priorities on track as the Growth org scales
• Drive key workstreams across hiring and go-to-market
• Act as a flexible strategic partner to the GM
• Support stakeholder management across Product, Marketing, Data, and Sales teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting
• Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or similar role supporting a leader
• Highly analytical and execution-focused
• Strong communicator with a low-ego style
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
