Executive - MSTG

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute manufacturing projects, including new launches and troubleshooting projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Formulation Development, Production, Engineering, QC, QA, and Packaging to ensure timely project execution.
• Plan, monitor, and track trials, scale-up batches, and Exhibit/Pre-PV/PV batches.
• Review and approve critical documentation, including trial batch objectives, BMRs, protocols, technical reports, and regulatory query responses.
• Assist Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) in resolving troubleshooting projects and manufacturing batches.
• Manage SAP-related activities, including recipe review, approval, and sample management.
• Handle manufacturing investigations related to OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results.

Requirements

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SAP for manufacturing and documentation processes.
• Strong knowledge of OOS/OOT manufacturing investigations.
• Experience with OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) products.
