About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive modernization sales business for elevator units, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract management
- Generate inquiries, prepare and submit tenders, and attend pre-bid and negotiation meetings
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and ensure profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate with factory and head office for order placement and project booking
- Manage material requirements and oversee payment collection against sales orders
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activity to establish product strategies
- Perform joint site visits with construction heads to assess site conditions during the sales process
- Maintain and update weekly MIS and customer databases
Requirements
- Diploma or B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation engineering
- 3 to 7 years of relevant sales experience
- Proven experience in selling and managing customer relationships
- Strong skills in data management and analysis
- Deep understanding of industry dynamics and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
