Executive Modernization Sales

Responsibilities

• Drive modernization sales business for elevator units, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract management
• Generate inquiries, prepare and submit tenders, and attend pre-bid and negotiation meetings
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and ensure profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Coordinate with factory and head office for order placement and project booking
• Manage material requirements and oversee payment collection against sales orders
• Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activity to establish product strategies
• Perform joint site visits with construction heads to assess site conditions during the sales process
• Maintain and update weekly MIS and customer databases

Requirements

• Diploma or B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation engineering
• 3 to 7 years of relevant sales experience
• Proven experience in selling and managing customer relationships
• Strong skills in data management and analysis
• Deep understanding of industry dynamics and market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
