Executive - Meta Ads

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns across E-commerce, Finance, Healthcare, and D2C verticals
• Conduct in-depth audience research, segmentation, and funnel structuring
• Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, messaging, and hooks
• Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
• Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, policies, and industry trends

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and funnel metrics
• Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Proficiency in Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta Pixel tracking
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong communication and reporting skills
