Executive Meeting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales and event planning process for group bookings
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive top-line revenue growth
• Respond promptly to group booking inquiries and confirm event details
• Coordinate event logistics including menus, room setups, and audiovisual requirements
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments
• Conduct site tours and maintain relationships with community organizations and key accounts
• Utilize Delphi/Amadeus and other systems to track sales activity and manage event records
• Assist in the preparation and proofing of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
• Review banquet checks and coordinate with accounting for accurate billing

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of hospitality experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Delphi/Amadeus, and Property Management Systems
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hotel sales and/or event management experience
