Executive Meeting Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit, negotiate, and secure small group and corporate meeting business
• Develop strong relationships with corporate clients and industry partners
• Conduct hotel site inspections and client presentations
• Maximize revenue through strategic upselling of guestrooms, F&B, and audiovisual services
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the meeting planning process
• Coordinate meeting specifications with Conference Services and operational departments
• Manage rooming lists, billing, deposits, and event documentation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel group sales, conference services, or meeting management
• Experience in an upscale or luxury hospitality environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (Delphi, Opera Sales & Catering, or similar CRM)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
