Responsibilities
- Proactively solicit, negotiate, and secure small group and corporate meeting business
- Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, third-party planners, and industry partners
- Conduct hotel site inspections and client presentations
- Maximize revenue through strategic upselling of guestrooms, food and beverage, and audiovisual services
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the meeting planning process
- Coordinate all meeting specifications and event details with operational departments
- Manage rooming lists, billing requirements, deposits, and event documentation
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel group sales, conference services, or meeting management
- Experience in an upscale or luxury hospitality environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (Delphi, Opera Sales & Catering, or similar CRM)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional client service
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills
