Executive - Media & Business

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across paid search, display, video, and social platforms
• Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization, including ad copywriting and budget management
• Troubleshoot and find creative solutions to meet client-specific needs
• Assist the creative team with ad creation and strategic direction
• Identify optimization opportunities through continuous A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages
• Ensure all campaigns meet clearly defined conversion objectives
• Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor progress for internal customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies

Requirements

• 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience specifically in paid media
• Proficiency in digital media analytics and setting up infrastructure to track KPIs
• Advanced expertise with Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
• Hands-on experience with Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong analytical background with a detail-oriented and highly organized approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for direct client interaction
