Executive - Media and Business

Responsibilities

• Own and drive digital media and performance marketing campaigns across various channels including social, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.
• Execute end-to-end campaign management and optimization strategies across BFSI, FMCG, and affluent business portfolios.
• Manage media buying and planning across platforms such as OTT, Direct publications, PPC, Display, Facebook, YouTube, Programmatic, UAC, and Mobile App Marketing.
• Drive customer acquisition, digital sales, up-selling, and cross-selling through continuous optimization of performance media channels.
• Manage partner relations with analytics teams, creative teams, publishers, affiliates, and aggregators.
• Perform creative performance analysis and web/traffic analysis to track organic and direct website performance.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of various traffic-generating channels including Organic, Direct, Affiliates, Referral, Social, and Paid.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital media or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.
• Proven experience in media planning and media strategy.
• Strong platform knowledge and technical proficiency.
• Good communication skills.
