Executive Manager - Large Public Banks and Public Sector

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Public Financial Institutions and Government (Federal & State)
• Identify and develop new business opportunities beyond traditional tender-based models
• Lead and expand relationships with key public financial institutions such as Banco do Brasil and Caixa
• Coordinate sales, pre-sales, legal, bid management, and delivery teams across public sector initiatives
• Design and incubate new solutions and revenue streams tailored to government needs
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across government entities and public institutions

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales leadership, preferably in Financial Services, Data, or Technology
• Strong track record managing large, complex accounts and multi-million revenue portfolios
• Experience working with or selling to the public sector (government, public banks, or regulated industries)
• Deep understanding of public procurement processes such as Lei 14.133
• Ability to navigate matrix organizations and cross-functional environments
• Strong strategic thinking and execution discipline
