Executive Manager

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Regional Manager on project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Address client requests and complaints and process necessary documentation
• Manage day-to-day site operations, service performance, and KPIs
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to build long-term relationships
• Coordinate and allocate personnel, equipment, and materials effectively
• Monitor cleaning team quality and address performance issues immediately
• Manage stakeholders and provide regular project updates
• Administrate resource provision and staff training
• Ensure accurate reporting of building data to Head Office
• Implement quality assurance and process improvements
• Ensure WHS objectives and procedures are followed by on-site staff
• Report general worksite issues and feedback to the Operations Manager

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in project management or business administration
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in Supply Chain & Logistics preferred
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with cleaning industry regulations and health and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
