Executive - Legal

Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct litigation involving the company including recoveries, general commercial, prosecution, and consumer liability
• Draft and issue legal notices for outstanding dues with vendors and dealers
• Draft responses to consumer notices
• Provide MIS for pending recovery, consumer, and civil matters
• Prepare case briefs and research legal points
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external lawyers for filing cases
• Maintain records of case papers and communications
• Act as a Legal SPOC with external consultants and assist with invoice/GST queries

Requirements

• Degree in law from a recognised university
• Fresher status accepted
• Robust knowledge of local laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
