About the Company

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6-month residency at Beacon HQ in San Francisco as a Chief of Staff in the portfolio operations team
• Undergo intensive training in pricing strategy, go-to-market (GTM), customer onboarding, and product management
• Complete an 18–24 month placement at a portfolio company in a scoped operational leadership role
• Drive growth projects, improve processes, and lead specific business functions within operating companies
• Transition into General Manager roles within the portfolio by the third year of the program

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience in operating roles (e.g., BizOps, Operations, RevOps, Product Ops, Product Management, or FP&A)
• Strong academic foundation and track record of high performance
• Ability to relocate to portfolio company locations within North America
• Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree or equivalent graduate degree in progress or recently completed
• Experience in software/SaaS companies or small-to-medium business operations
• Exposure to revenue growth and operational scaling challenges
