Executive Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen functions including hiring, training, and supervising team members
• Ensure a gold standard guest experience through high-quality food and beverage execution
• Manage food and beverage orders, weekly inventories, and daily prep production
• Maintain strict safety and sanitation standards and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Conduct daily briefings, manage repair and maintenance issues, and oversee the audit process
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to facilitate career growth and performance
• Manage guest relations and implement effective guest recovery strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for the duration of an 8-10 hour shift
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
