About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and build a high-touch, white-glove IT support program for OpenAI’s executives
- Act as frontline Executive IT Support for senior leaders and their EBPs
- Coordinate with IT and Security teams to ensure executive success and agility
- Identify emerging needs and proactively solve problems for the executive team
- Manage technology needs on executive timelines with high clarity and professionalism
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience providing Executive IT Support in large, fast-paced companies
- Deep familiarity with C-suite technical requirements
- Strong technical experience in macOS and Windows
- Proficiency with identity and device management (Azure AD, Jamf, Intune)
- Experience with Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, and Atlassian products
- Security- and compliance-first mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally multiple times a month
