About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-touch, white-glove IT support program designed to meet the evolving technical needs of OpenAI's executives.
  • Act as the frontline IT support for senior leaders and their Executive Business Partners, providing rapid and professional assistance.
  • Define and scale executive support processes to ensure seamless technology experiences as the company grows.
  • Coordinate closely with IT and Security teams to proactively solve problems and ensure executive hardware and data remain secure.
  • Identify emerging technical needs and represent IT excellence by anticipating requirements before they become issues.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience providing Executive IT Support, specifically within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Deep technical expertise in both macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Proficiency with identity and device management tools such as Azure AD, Jamf, or Intune.
  • Strong experience with enterprise collaboration suites including Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, and Atlassian products.
  • A security- and compliance-first mindset with the ability to handle sensitive information with extreme discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 5 days per week and travel domestically or internationally as needed.
