Executive - HSE

Responsibilities

• Create and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensure full compliance with all UAE safety regulations and standards
• Conduct safety training, awareness programs, and inductions for new employees
• Manage accident investigations, implement corrective actions, and handle incident reporting
• Support the welfare and well-being of Delivery Associates and blue-collar workforce
• Maintain accurate safety records, audit documentation, and inspection reports
• Conduct regular site safety checks, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or a related field
• Mandatory NEBOSH certification
• 2–4 years of HSE experience, preferably working with a blue-collar workforce
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively to emergencies

Preferred Qualifications

• IOSH or OSHA certification
• Additional certifications in First Aid or Fire Safety
