Executive - HR

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction programs to ensure a seamless employee experience
• Handle the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit
• Provide day-to-day operational HR support, including documentation and policy implementation
• Drive and support Performance Management System (PMS) cycles
• Maintain and update HRIS records to ensure data accuracy
• Support HRBPs in executing strategic HR initiatives and proactive communication

Requirements

• MBA in HR or MHRM degree
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of HRIS tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors
