Executive Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness standards for guestrooms, meeting areas, and public spaces through staff supervision and training
• Manage operating supplies, inventory par levels, and departmental expenses
• Monitor guest service scores and implement plans to maintain brand averages and TripleAAA 4 Diamond ratings
• Plan and monitor staff workloads to ensure compliance with maintenance standards
• Interview, hire, train, and develop housekeeping staff while managing performance appraisals
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to facilitate guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Act as Manager on Duty as scheduled

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience, including at least 3 years in housekeeping management
• Experience managing in-house housekeeping operations
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to stand for 75% or more of the shift and perform some lifting
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• IHG experience
• Familiarity with TripleAAA 4 Diamond criteria
