Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team to ensure impeccable cleanliness and a flawless guest experience
• Create staff duty rosters based on forecasted hotel occupancy
• Conduct daily quality inspections of all guest rooms and housekeeping areas
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control for linens, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities
• Train and develop housekeeping staff regarding cleaning standards and guest service excellence
• Oversee the efficient use of cleaning equipment and chemicals to control costs
• Coordinate special projects such as renovations or large-scale events requiring specific cleaning requirements
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and Administration to ensure smooth operations and effective guest complaint resolution

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Fluency in both German and English
• Proficiency with digital tools and ability to learn new hotel systems quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional guest service
